What is the ‘I know Europe’ Certification Programme?
The ‘I know Europe’ Certification programme is a specialist training programme carried out by the Globus Family of Brands. Launched in 2007, the programme is aimed at providing Indian travel agents with the necessary skills, knowledge base and tools to be able to present and sell Europe with confidence.
Backed by the National Tourism Boards of the various European countries, other industry partners & the Globus & Cosmos team, these agents have undergone an extensive training schedule covering popular destinations like Britain, Italy, France & Switzerland and even regions like Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Russia which are piquing the interest of the well-travelled individual. These Europe specialists have completed the entire training programme and have also appeared for and cleared a examination for this.
