" My fascination with the world led me to a degree in Geography and a yearning to travel the globe. After an earlier career of over two decades in the airline business and several years teaching high school World Geography, I was ready to combine vocation with avocation. After nearly 15 years as a tour director I have led tours over most of the United States, plus Canada, Mexico, Panama, UK, France, Italy, Sicily, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and even Iceland. I now specialize in the Southern region of the US. In my off season, I enjoy my 'playing' with my 1968 Mustang convertible, my 1959 and 1952 antique tractors, and my 1946 Ercoupe airplane."

" After graduating from Fordham University, I lived in New York City until I inherited a small inn that my grandmother had owned in my hometown of Daytona Beach, Florida. I became immersed in restoring and running it, but after working 24 hour days for 10 years, I was ready for a change. I told a friend I wanted a job where I could travel. He said, "You should do what my ex-wife is doing. She's a Tour Director." That began my wonderful new career over 20 years ago."
" Travel, food, music, and laughter bring people together. There is nothing like seeing faces with bright smiles when they taste a local delicacy, hear live regional music, and make lifelong friends while traveling together. I was raised in the South, lived in Germany, and taught Middle School all before beginning my second career as a Tour Director. I love the joy of making unforgettable experiences for guests from East to West. There are the majestic sights of national parks in Yosemite, the surreal landscape of Yellowstone, the haunting beauty of our Wetlands, and the bluish-green hues of the Shenandoah Valley. Tasting Peanut soup, beignets, and Fry Bread lets you taste local culture. Traveling will change you for the better!"

I am from the Deep South, so I feel that I have much to share in that area. I also conduct tours in the Midwest, the East, Southeast, Northeast, and Eastern Canada. Some of my favorite hobbies are cooking, entertaining, playing the piano, daily walks, reading, and travel!"
